About Us ✴

Sound holds a unique ability to unlock openness and build unity. By harnessing this, we aim to nurture connections which support a world in which all perspectives and backgrounds are respected and valued equally. However, with a large social imbalance existing across electronic music, the potential for sound is currently unfulfilled.

Pollination encompasses the label, events, Nectar mix series and special community projects. Through these activities, our goal is to link diverse influences that derive fresh outcomes and create space for people who should be part of the mix.

Diversity ✴

All people are welcome to our platform. We aim to provide a space that is entirely judgement free and invites positive self-expression.

We are motivated to fight racism and support anti-racism. Pollination places emphasis on providing a platform for artists from under- represented groups, such as those from diverse ethnic backgrounds, who are female and/or who are LGBTQIA+. We strive to ensure at least 70% of those represented in what we do are from these demographics.

We remain strictly non-profit and all fundraising efforts will be devoted to supporting causes and communities who are in need from diverse ethnic backgrounds.

We hold a strong interest in supporting refugees across UK and Europe, as well as the improvement of human rights in Palestine
